This route allows a loop to be made from Basin Creek Rd to Cataract creek rd. Parts of the route are steep and loose and occasionally rocky but mostly rideable, though I do hike-a-bike some short sections on the ascent and descent which are quite loose. A few expansive vistas exist on the route.
