"Get your pass at Caney Fork Store at Mouth of Caney Fork, Or Top Cats Just south of Dillsboro. If Moses Creek road is open at the gate at the bottom and you have purchased a pass for OHV you can turn bike off, Push across hump onto Moses creek road you can ride out of Moses creek, Same applies leaving OHV onto Scarlett ridge road. You must turn bike off and push through to the road or you can be fined for riding off trail. You must also have street legal bike with tags, Insurance, License to be totally legal. This came directly from a senior Game Warden."

Go up to OHV area, Take the first trail on left before you get to parking area, after you make left on trail that starts the one way loop ,Go to top of mountain then you will start down steep hill with lots of water breaks, when trail makes a hard 180 to the right at bottom of big hill you will see Scarlett road on the left, Down through ditch and you can come out on Blanton's Branch or down Cane Creek"
