At end of Scarlett ridge is a Small cut over to Wayhahutta OHV riding area. Don't get caught cutting through. Go up to OHV area, Take the first trail on left before you get to parking area, after you make left on trail that starts the one way loop ,Go to top of mountain then you will start down steep hill with lots of water breaks, when trail makes a hard 180 to the right at bottom of big hill you will see Scarlett road on the left, Down through ditch and you can come out on Blanton's Branch or down Cane Creek
