Davenport to WapelloGravel route from W Locust St to J Ave, Wapello, Louisa County, Iowa "Very easy going ride into papa's paradise campground just north of Wapello. Mostly gravel with some sections of pavement. Just make sure to avoid J avenue when leaving Grandview. It's a mud/clay road and is completely impassable when wet. " |

Davenport to Anamosa/Wapsi State ParkGravel route from Wisconsin Ave to Wisconsin Ave, Anamosa, Jones County, Iowa "Route terminates at Wapsi state park. The last section on Red Ball road connects to a bike path that leads directly into the park/campsites. The last time I did this it was fresh gravel for almost the whole trip, which made for an exhausting ride! Hopefully it's more broken in by now. " |

Keosaqua to KeokukGravel route from Iowa Rd to Iowa Rd, Keokuk, Lee County, Iowa "Route that follows the Des Moines river valley all the way to Keokuk. Can be combined with the route from Ottumwa to Keosaqua for a multi-day bikepacking trip. The route includes a stop at Chatfield park to set up camp and a trip to Hyvee in Keokuk to pick up groceries (there and back). Only a couple miles of pavement and I tried my best to avoid highway 61. " |

Wisconsin Avenue to 50th Avenue-Davenport to Eden Valley RefugeGravel route from Wisconsin Ave to 50th Ave, Baldwin, Jackson County, Iowa "Pavement on Wisconsin transitions to gravel after crossing I80 bridge. Easy riding until after Lost Nation then it's a steep clime to get into Eden valley. Good supplies/groceries in Calamus along the way and in Baldwin right next to Eden valley campsite." 1 |

Davenport to BellevueGravel route from Indiana Ave to Carrier Ln, Bellevue, Jackson County, Iowa "If you like miles of steep rolling hills this one's for you. Charlotte has good camping if you want to break it into segments. Very tough terrain toward the end-pack lots of water! " |

Bladensburg Road to Park Road-Ottumwa to KeosauquaGravel route from 110th St to Park Rd, Keosauqua, Van Buren County, Iowa "Mix of rolling hills and flat river valley stretches. Follows the Des Moines river toward the end and makes for an easy ride before reaching the campground. Plenty of small towns to get supplies with at most a couple miles of pavement." |
