Track from Coneythorpe is tarmac but often covered in mud and farm debris, very minor single track road and very pleasant. Short section of A168, but this is a wide road and mostly quiet as traffic chooses the A1M. Take the left off the A168 under the A1M and you are onto farm tracks and bridleways
