All downhill single track, turns to gravel at campground. On gravel bike it is pretty rough with a lot of roots. Beautiful area though. A few wood bridges over creeks, some hike a bike sections due to drop offs. MTB would be fine, but gravel and no suspension may hurt. After 45 miles this last 2 miles of rough single track really beat me up. Once on gravel you will see a river crossing (wet), take tail to left and cross wooden bridge to avoid water.
