On Blacktail Plateau Dr, Yellowstone National Park, Park County, Wyoming
One-way to the east. Closed most of year due to ice/snow or bear breeding. I did it on a motorcycle, but most cars would be OK, and any 4WD. Mountain bike would be easy, unless you encounter a grizzly bear. Carry bear spray and know how or use it.
