We live on and help to maintain this non state maintained road. We would greatly appreciate if folks would respect the road and residents. Remember the road is 2 way and has blind curves. We have animals and children. Leave no trace. Keep ur trash!! If the weather is bad, stay out! I’m really tired of having to pull folks out because they think they can make it in a 2 wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive on bald tires just bc they want to go play. For the love of god, stop bringing your Prius’, no this is not the way to the interstate or Damascus! No one is going to replace my equipment when I pull u out. It’s happened. Don’t mind helping folks. But it’s getting old. At all hours of the day and night. Knocking on the door in the wee hours of the morning bc u ran out of gas or ur stuck. Have some respect for the residents. Throwing beer bottles, playing loud music, loud exhaust, parking at our property while u carry on conversations at 2 in the morning. If it continues we was the property owners on this road will have the road gated. Everyone wants to see the 3 corners marker. Just an fyi, the old drs home at the top of the mtn is not owned by nc, it is privately owned as is a few other properties once I pass my property. What gives u the right to go on our property and when I say our, im speaking for all of us that owns land here and do donuts ands destroy what doesn’t belong to you. Maybe I should start following u home and doing it in your front yard!!!
