The section from Rosemond Lake Rec site to Rosemond Lake Road has a 100m section that you'll have to walk/carry your bike through an old landslide and 2 gates to lift your bike over. There is about 1km of private property but the owners are OK with bikes crossing their property as long as all gates remain closed."
