Here's a fun, adventurous, remote route to connect from Johnson Lane/Sunrise pass through some great backcountry to Dayton, and then on to Carson through the really beautiful Carson River canyon.
The route beyond Sunshine pass is pretty rugged, and most would likely prefer a mountain bike. The descent from Como to Dayton is long, fast, and rocky.
