De route slingert over de mooiste gravelpaden van de kop van Noord-Overijssel, landwegen dwars door natuurgebied de Wieden, niet te missen is het Venetië van het Noorden, Giethoorn (voor een koffiepauze) en voor we terugkeren naar Tuk nog een tweetal mooie stroken bij Steenwijk.
