This one is a bit tricky. If you do this in reverse (Hughes to Tiger, you'll be walking quite a bit. From Tiger creek you will go about 1.5 miles and you'll see a trail uphill to the left in the woods. Go that way. If you stay straight on the gravel road, it ends after about 4 miles. The trail in the woods is rideable on a gravel bike, but it'll be rough the entire time. Big rough rocks descending to Greasey Creek Rd.
