Thanks for the route. Really enjoyed this one. Gearing was on my limit for the climb out 40 x 46. FYI parked at the BP in Pineola and Coffeys General store was open for drinks its a few hundred metres beyond the turn back up the hill. I think it only opens weekends,

My ride was counter-clockwise around this loop. The descent can be bumpy with washboard surfaces in the turns. It's fun but if you are like me you will use your brakes (alot). The National Forest Road is probably the better surface, although it's dotted with areas where boulders lie just beneath the dirt. There is a country store at the bottom (Coffey's General Store) but bear in mind that it is only open during the Summer (May to September?)
