Gravel Route
On Long River Rd, Wiltshire, England
Long but great 6 to 7 hr route. Food stops at Longbridge Deverill, Semily, Wilton, Langford lakes. None after that. 60 gravel and grass down land. Caution on the ox-drove track as you will come across narrow lane crossing the ox-drove give way. Coming out of Wilton the track is just past the railway bridge, if you miss the first track in Grovely woods down to Hanging Langford thier is another through 3 gates it all bridleway and fast. The bridleway out of Codford is well defined for the climb then it cuts across fields follow the cleared route through the crops, will be very muddy if it’s rained. After crossing the B390 only use the Imber range track way MOD land and only permissive look out for the bridleway IRP signs. Ps don’t forget your camera and chill no real hike a bike climbs but you will be tested enjoy.
