A challenging path with the worst sections at the easternmost. The was a paved provincial road in the 1950s. It was abandoned - the path remains and is now a mix of remains of paving, some nice gravel and some truly terrible get off your bike (or use a mountain bike) sections.

Just about kills an old mountain biker like me when combined with a trip down airport road to brethour road but still fun and challenging.
