Attempted to ride from Sardine Ck Rd to Rogue River by connecting to Ward Ck Rd. Google shows this possible. Roughly the first 1.5 miles is a nice 2-lane dirt/gravel road with a reasonable grade. The second 1.5 miles (starting at the bus turnaround) is one-lane, much rougher and much steeper. Had hoped to connect to Ward Ck Road and ride down to Rogue River, but at the transition to Ward Ck Road passage was blocked by a locked gate accompanied by a bunch of no trespassing signs. Road beyond gate was smaller and less travelled but still rideable as far as I could see, but I didn't try it; respecting the signs.
