The Gravel Road section of the Speculator mountain bike loop. Park at Oak Mountain Ski Area. The Acorn Grill has a great beer selection and really good food, reasonable prices. But limited hours.

Little more sandy gravel than forest roads. Not too many jagged rocks, either. I road on a dry day with 38mm semi-slicks and was comfortable. Recommend clockwise for slightly sharper climbs but longer, very coasty descents.
