Kind of Muddy, knobbly tires reccomended, cross bike ok. Route Pins slightly off, follow singletrack which fork off from Q6 down a steep drop. On the right is the Roding, keep it to your right up till Wanstead Golf course. At the Golf course follow the path to the left then take a right onto a side road, take this to the Junction then turn right up till the A12. Cross the A12 via the subway beneath Redbridge roundabout to get to the other side onto the Roding Valley Trail.
