Gravel Route
On National Forest Route 1506, Lane County, Oregon
This route is 95% gravel 5% pavement. Surface condition on NF-15 is good, packed, small pea gravel, with a few spots of washboarding. NF-1506 starts out okay, but the surface becomes larger and harder to navigate during the steep portions. The scenery is incredible the entire way. Wolf Rock is the largest monolith in Oregon.
