Main Park Road is busy, paved and not much room for cars to pass.

This is a technical and sandy route. Almost a 15-17 miles stretch of sand - some of it so thick it becomes hike a bike in several places. Will be much slower than expected so extra food and water. Have good bottle cages on your bike because some of the rocky drops could cause bottles to fall out (happened to me and I lost a bottle).

Lots of sand! Had a great time and it was a beautiful route but it took about 3x longer than expected - so bring some extra water
