Rode this on 1/29. Temps to start were about 41*F but ended around 55*F. I would totally return to ride it again. I would recommend riding it from the marked start in St. George and ending in Leeds, not in reverse. The climb out of St. George was washboard-y but speeds were slow cause I was climbing. After I hit the summit the road condition improved and was really great all the way down to the end. I made a loop and paralleled the highway on paved roads back down to St. George. Just over 41 miles total, around 4300 feet of gain. Really excellent loop.

Road is paved for first few miles, then turns to well packed gravel. At the summit of the first main climb, the road descends into some sand, but this is short and rideable. Just a few extra bumpy sections and one shallow river crossing, but overall a great road. Gorgeous scenery and almost zero other people present. A fantastic ride.
