From Lafarge 2000 Trail, Hamilton to Gore Rd, Puslinch, Hamilton Division, Ontario
Very mixed terrain, begins with 3 very steep climbs but then becomes less intense. Mostly gravel/dirt double and single track. Some paved connecting sections and even a boardwalk, short section of chunky gravel / sharp rocks after Middleton paved section ends before Conc 10, can easily be walked if you're worried about flatting.
