Old logging railroad grade that skirts the edge of the BWCA from the Gunflint Trail. There used to be a bridge across Pine Lake but now you have to ford, boat or drive around to re-start on the south side.

The 1.5 miles just north of East Twin Lake is not drawn well. It's incorrectly showing the grade following the swampy path used for power line maintenance....the actual gravel road (Lima Grade) is about 500' west. -Great route!
