I didn't see any "private road" signs but the northern portion is really only suitable for a mountain bike and then probably not super fun.

Sign says "road closed" and then later it says "use at own risk". Really ripped up "jeep road" on steep decline. Rock ridden. We walked it. 1/3rd mile. Dualie MTB would be good. We were on gravel bikes.

This is a private road. There is a sign on the eastern end that clearly says "Residents and Guests Only". So probably a good idea to avoid.
