I rode this today - and it is seriously steep in some places with 19% grade. Beyond a farm where the road goes right through it then turns into what is called "the territory" - quite old foundations from 1800s which are now abandoned. A few new camps here and there. The down side towards 302 is rideable - not too much washout.
