This section is closed between Clarence Harris Road and Jacobs Road. I have a farm on the corner of Ray Fitch Road and Clarence Harris Road to the east. That part is open but heading south on Ray Fitch about midway to Jacobs Road, the owner of the properties on both sides put in a bid with the town and the road in that section is abandoned and blocked by the owner.
