Dirt road tour with BIG views and climbs in the Eagle, CO backcountry. Carry everything you need to complete the loop. Option to filter fresh water at a handful of small stream. Route open late June - late October. Best done on CX bike or HT mtb. Road bike is manageable, but it gets rough in spots.

Did the east half up to Estin Hut (out and back). First half paved, rolling hills, not much traffic. Second half gravel with some roughness after Yeoman Campground. Water (and incredible view) at Estin Hut. Fairly mellow grades. Easy gravel bike route.
