About 90% Dirt and 10% Grass. Mostly Double track, with often a 3rd central track. Passed only 1 bike and 3 walkers on a nice spring weekday at 6pm. Note there is one more segment further south but it dead ends at private property and is quite grassy with thorns and debris, not worth doing.
