Gravel Route
On Greenfield Rd, Greenbush, Penobscot County, Maine
Nice Greenfield Rd start going west, with a short road descent to a quick right turn for an ATV trail. The trail is the roughest section of the route (and can be easily replaced with an easier road going NW). After the rougher section it’s all easy gravel, but are large enough to support Passenger Vehicles. Be sure to stay right since the roads are not frequently traveled so Full Size Trucks usually fill the whole road. Windmills climb can be skipped if tired, there’s a road block for bigger vehicles towards the top of the climb to the first windmill. Windmill gravel is a bit softer and slower than the rest of the ride, but overall a fun loop that takes about 3-4 hours.
8 overlapping segments.

Come to the area prepared, very spotty 4g service and not a lot of traffic to get help.
