From Town Point Rd, Suffolk to W Norfolk Rd, Portsmouth, Virginia
This is a mixed surface ride. It's all an old railroad line. There are some spots that have some sizable rocks that you'd typically see on or around a railroad. It's rideable though. I've done the entire thing on my road bike. I wouldn't recommend it, but you can.

I forgot to mention that you can add additional mileage by riding the Suffolk Seaboard Coastline Trail just to the west of the start of this ride. That's completely paved.
