There are no gates or signage, but we were told, presumably by plantation employees, Bangs road is closed north of Eaton Road, and is a private road for Lizard Lope Plantation. The road does converge with possibly farm roads and Bangs appears to cease to exist for a few yards, so this information is probably correct.
