This IS an off-roading trail with two creek-crossings and a couple rock walls to climb. As you travel on WV32 North, look for a sign for Loop Road on the left. First half of the trail is pretty easy with campsites on both sides of the road periodically, but once as you get to the part marked "High Clearance Vehicles Only", it becomes technical.
