We had hoped to do Kanimbla Drive today, but the council has closed the road and the lollypop blokes are only letting locals through.

This was fine but its a good 17% decline for a while to get to the gravel bit and then when the gravel starts its also a fair bit of 17% so make sure you are ok to climb.
