Hill at southern end is rough paved

This used to be paved but somewhat recently it got flooded and completely destroyed. The junction with the Federal Flood control road is full of debris. South of that the road is in a pretty good shape except for one segment where the surface got chewed up by the river and is a bumpy sea of pavement chunks. Not well-traveled anymore, so overgrown in places.
