Very steep at times. Before you get to the AT, take the trail to the right and it connects to Harrison Hollow to make for a long gravel ride.

Tower road is actually longer than is listed here. In order to make the connection to Harrison Hollow, you'll come to a point a couple miles up where you can either go straight or right. Go right. You'll know it is the right way if it is so steep you can't ride it (unless you're amazing) for about 50 meters.
