I rode this on a gravel bike with 700c by 47mm tires and a cane creek eesilk stem. Trail notes: there's a mile of hike-a-bike about halfway between highway 14 and 143. The several mile descent (going northward) to yankee meadows reservoir was adventurous, to say the least. Probably a lot more fun with at least a hardtail, but I had to walk a couple sections downhill. At the time of writing this, strava only had 13 attempts recorded on this decent all time, so take that for what you want. Be prepared for some heavy underbiking if you're on anything less than a suspension setup or a dirtbike. Aside from those sections, nice riding on nice gravel roads. I would probably ride this whole thing again, but not anytime soon.
