Wide & Knobby tires highly recommended. Only the section between Miller Heights Rd and Vale Rd are gravel/easy singletrack. The rest is more narrow footpath like with some dense roots. There are multiple fallen trees and creek crossings that you must dismount to pass.

Mountain bike trail, not suitable for gravel bikes. A lot of tree roots and downed trees.
