Perfect for kids. I’ve done this several times with my 6 and 8-yo. Very little elevation change. The run has wonderful views of the Farmington River with spots to stop and swim/wade. Connects to rail trail as well. Southern half runs by farm fields and gets muddy after rain and in spring.
