Do not be tempted to venture in to the Lake Hammonasset Recreation Area trails owned by the Regional Water Authority. No Biking is allowed on their trails. To access this property to hike, you need a Recreation Permit from the Regional Water Authority. They can be purchased online at www.rwater.com/recreation Fishing, swimming, boating and dogs are also prohibited.
