The way out was a nice easy climb. I had one car pass me so I was able to use the whole road to swerve around and rubberneck at the beauty. The gravel is about as smooth as it comes before becoming paved. A great road to introduce someone to gravel road riding. The downhill back is as fun as you want to make it.
