From Blowers Rd, Afton to Blowers Rd, Deposit, Broome County, New York
Rutted doubletrack in places. Proximity to a private cabin makes it appear to be a private road, but every map I've seen of it shows it as public and continuing to the top of the hill. Believe it's access for the forest on the Southern end of Oquagua Creek State Park.
