This road is "closed" and unmaintained from December–early April. You can ride it but it may be fairly snowy, as it was on March 19 2023. Rougher than other dirt roads in Fahnestock State Park but still not bad if it's not too snowy or wet, i.e. can do on 32mm tires if you wanted to.
