This bridge appears to have been closed for several years, but I walked my bike across with no problem. Steel deck, knobbly steel grid. Kind of hard walking with cleats on, but not that hard. Cross at your own discretion/ risk of safety/ law abiding. I'll likely do it again. Safer than riding Route 19.
