Gravel & dirt, some sand on two-track with a few nice climbs and even a couple of opportunities to catch some air.
Very shady for the first couple of hours after sunrise. Bug spray is a good idea in the summer, as is lots of water- extremely humid. Views from Cook's Mtn. are really worth it.
