Part of the Garrett County Gran Fondo. Stone dust surface with great views down into the Yough valley. Climbing involved!

Garrett County closed this road to traffic in 2017 after a washout collapsed half of the road surface. They opened it to bikes for the 2017 Garrett County Gran Fondo (6/24/2017) but it didn't look like it was going to make it through another winter. Jersey barriers currently block each end of the road.
