Just rode this the weekend 11/5/23. Great route. 30-40% paved. Last hill (blackguard road to Irving) is washed out pretty badly. Robbins hill road is missing a bridge at the north side, but stream crossing was relatively easy. I really enjoyed this, thanks for sharing
