From Unnamed Road to Horse Creek Ln, LaFollette, Campbell County, Tennessee
Royal Blue management area trail 24. Mostly wide gravel road. Going northbound, there is a very steep rocky section (MTB-rideable) before it T's with an unnamed road coming in from 25W on the right (east). There is also another unnamed jeep road dropping steeply to the right there as well. Connects Ivydell Rd (on south end) to Elk Viewing Tower Rd (at north).
