Just off the Flatwoods paved loop is a gravel section that is nice to ride on. Gravel is generally in good condition due to park rangers using it for access. Also, the park has a several-mile gravel-only road that leads out to Morris Bridge Road. The road is not accessible due to a locked gate, but it's a good turn-around point.
