"Varied Gravel/Pavement connection that fills the gap between the segments of the Rock Island Trail that are completed as of 1 January 2021. This route avoids most of the traffic and high-speed limit roads in the area. Using this route to access the campground at Pleasant Hill City Lake is a great way to use the Rock Island trail for a S240 adventure from the city."
