NF-18 connects from the valley floor in Swede Heaven over the top of the ridge to NF-17. Good views on both sides of the ridge, including a stunning look across the valley at Whitehorse Mountain on the south side.

Rode part of the way up this road in April. Still some snow at that point but it's in good shape. Occasional logging truck but still a fun road to ride.
